She is an accomplished teacher, competitor, and self-defense expert.

Quest Martial Arts is celebrating it's 30 year anniversary as a Northeast Connecticut institution

​Congratulations to Dan #328 Ian Kurzrock (L) for being picked for the USGTSDA Silver scholarship. KJN Voelker presented the award tonight after teaching a class on breathing and forms.

Congratulations to Litchfield Tang Soo Do & Charland Karate Black Belt Jeremy Collette (R) on being named one of the USGTSDA Scholarship recipients. Mr. Collette was presented the award tonight at LTSD by KJN Stephen Voelker. Tang Soo!

The USGTSDA, however, supports this event because it represents true Tang Soo Do atmosphere.  We deeply appreciate the opportunity for our students to get out of their studios and test not only their skill, but their character in an environment where both are expected.  Next up: New England Championships on May 2nd in Old Saybrook, CT- save the date!

Students and instructors of Quest martial arts in Putnam were recently recognized with rank promotions.  The  presentation was made by Grandmaster Steven Voelker.

  Grandmaster Voelker presented the certificates on behalf of Great grandmaster Song Ki Kim of South Korea and the World Dang Soo Do Union.
